Privacy Policy

GOAT Nutriment ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. We are not intended for and do not knowingly collect data from children.

What we collect

  • Account details you give us: name, email, phone, delivery address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
  • Order and subscription details: your plan, delivery day picks, addresses, and payment status (we never see or store your card/UPI details — Razorpay handles payment directly).
  • Service data needed to deliver: pincode serviceability checks, delivery-executive assignment, and OTPs sent for signup/login.
  • We deliberately do not collect data we don't need to run the service — no location tracking, no device fingerprinting, no advertising identifiers.

Cookies & local storage

  • We use one essential, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the account and subscription features to work and cannot be disabled while staying signed in.
  • A single local-storage preference remembers whether you've turned on ambient sound on the site. It never leaves your browser.
  • We do not run any advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and subscription, process orders and payments, and arrange delivery.
  • To send transactional emails and messages you'd expect: OTPs, password resets, order and delivery updates.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations (e.g. order records, tax requirements).

Who we share it with

  • Razorpay, our payment processor, to complete payments. Google Maps, to verify serviceable delivery pincodes.
  • Our own delivery staff, limited to what they need to complete your delivery (name, address, phone).
  • We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

  • You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. See our Data Deletion page to submit a request.
  • You can pause, cancel, or update your subscription and address from your account at any time.
