Clear, upfront rules for pausing, cancelling, and getting credit back — no fine print surprises.
Pause or cancel anytime
- There's no lock-in. You can pause or cancel your weekly subscription at any time from your account, with no cancellation fee.
What happens to money you've paid
- If you cancel a subscription with weeks already paid for but not yet delivered, that amount is credited to your GOAT wallet — not refunded to your original payment method.
- Wallet credit never expires and can be used toward any future subscription or renewal.
Already-delivered weeks
- Weeks that have already been delivered are not eligible for a refund or wallet credit, since the product has been fulfilled.
Problems with your delivery
- If a delivery arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@goat.ooo within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or wallet credit.
